Customer Service Policies
1. Age 21: If you order mead from us you are representing to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21 years old. An adult signature will be required upon delivery.
2. Availability: We attempt to keep our online store as up to date as possible; unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items at all times. If we run out of an item, we will contact you and allow you to substitute another product. When you place an order, we will get an authorization for your credit card but we do not charge the amount to your card until we are sure we have or can get what you ordered.
3. Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Returns: If we make a mistake with your order, please call us & we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

2. We cannot ship mead to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
3. Currently, we are ONLY ABLE TO SHIP WITHIN TEXAS. This is due to varying state and Federal laws.

Most orders will be processed by the day following your online entry of the order. Your order will ship within5 days (not including holidays and weekends) from the time your order is placed. Depending on your location, and the shipping method you choose the shipment will then take an additional 1-5 days in transit. If for some reason there will be a delay longer than that, we will let you know immediately.
